An open plan sitting room with dining area boasts floor to ceiling windows. A sunny entrance porch with seating opens onto a glazed balcony spanning the width of the apartment directly overlooking the sea. The apartment is accessed by a lift and stairs or a flight of 48 stairs. Allocated parking for two cars is in an underground car park.
